RETURN

When you buy Ojosha products (owned by BELO NORDIC OY, Markunkuja 6B, 00370 Helsinki, Finland) through our onlineshop, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement and return the purchased cosmetic(s) within 14 days without giving any reason (however your feedback would be very helpful for us). Returned product should not show signs of use.

To make the return procedure quick and easy, please write us an email to info@ojosha.com titled RETURN which includes your full name and your order number. Please attach fulfilled RETURN FORM to the package with the returned product and send the parcel to the following address:

After receiving the parcel and verifying it, we will refund your money within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery to the company’s office via Paytrail system to the account which was given while purchase at the first time or transfer the proper amount to the indicated bank account number if different. In case of returning a full-fledged product, the shipping cost is borne by the Buyer.
The above-mentioned procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way.

COMPLAINT

If you feel that the product you received is defective or you have received a damaged product, you have the right to make a complaint. All you have to do is contact us! Please, use our COMPLAINT LETTER and attach it to the package. We will consider your complaint within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery to the company’s office and we will send the proper amount plus shipping costs to the indicated bank account number or we will exchange the product for a new one (depending on the information contained in the complaint letter).
