Hyaluronic acid is a natural component of our skin that helps maintain elasticity but naturally decreases as we age. Hyaluronic acid plumps fine lines, evens out nasolabial folds as well as smoothens and reduces wrinkles, all the while moisturising and nourishing the skin. Our Hyaluronic Acid also supports hair regeneration. Hyaluronic acid has antioxidant properties, which means it can act like a shield against free radicals we aren’t in control of, like pollution or UV light.

Molecule size matters!
Ojosha’s Hyaluronic acid gel consists of three types of hyaluronic acid with different molecular weights:
- High Molecular Weight (1.0–1.5MDa), which creates a layer on the surface of the skin that prevents water loss from inside the skin and increases the absorption of other ingredients applied to the skin. High-weight hyaluronan molecules deliver immediate intensive hydration to the surface layers of the skin for an instant smoothing and firming effect.
- Low Molecular Weight (<0.1MDa), which penetrates into the upper layers of the epidermis, moisturizing it effectively.
- Ultra-Low Molecular Weight (<0.01 MDa), which, thanks to its small size, penetrates into the deeper layers of the skin, providing maximum below-the-surface hydration and in turn rehydrating skin cells over time.
Because unnecessarily high concentration of hyaluronic acid may cause skin irritation, you should always use the correct acid for your skin. Hyaluronic Acid 3% is ideal for the age group 30+.

How to use:
- Face: Mix a small amount with oil or cream, gently pat the skin and leave to absorb. Apply twice a day.
- Hair: Add a small amount of acid to your chosen oil or conditioner. Spread on washed hair and let it absorb. Do not rinse. Also, you can add few drops to your favourite hair mask or shampoo.
Extra tips:
- For an even more effective anti-ageing regime, put a few drops of Hyaluronic Acid on palm together with Prickly Pear Oil and apply on your face.
- If your skin is extremely dry, try applying Hyaluronic Acid first, followed by an extremely moisturising oil such as Rosehip Oil to really seal it in.
