Prickly Pear Oil

Especially good for:

• As an anti-ageing moisturiser – thanks to the high vitamin E content, Prickly Pear Oil prevents the formation of wrinkles and visibly reduces the existing ones. Vitamin K improves the color of reddened skin and eases problems of broken capillaries, reduces discoloration. Vitamin A protects against the harmful effects of external factors and has antioxidant properties.
• To improve elasticity and density of a tired, drying skin. Prickly Pear Oil helps prevent moisture loss. This is another reason why it is fantastic for ageing skin.
• To balance irritated skin. Prickly Pear Oil often works for allergenic skin as well, so it may be worth trying even for skin that gets irritated by most other oils.
• Reducing dark circles around the eyes as well as preventing wrinkles.
• As an everyday moisturiser for skin prone to blackheads and clogged pores.
• Prickly pear oil also makes a great hair conditioner due to its high concentration of Vitamin E, which is one-and-a-half times as much as the very popular argan oil. The fatty acids and proteins are what allow you to get the shiny, full hair that you are looking for, too.

How to use:

• Face: Apply a small amount onto the skin and massage gently. Use as an anti-wrinkle skincare oil or to enrich your favourite cream.
• Eye serum: Gently pat a small amount of oil into the skin around the eye area
• Hands: Add oil to your favourite hand cream to enrich its effect.
• Hair: To vitalise your hair and promote hair growth, spread on your hair and leave for at least an hour. Wash hair with a light shampoo without SLS or SLES.

Extra tips:

• For an even more effective anti-ageing regime, put a few drops of Hyaluronic Acid on palm together with Prickly Pear Oil
