Step 1 – Exfoliation in the Shower or Bath

Begin your ritual with a warm shower or bath. Let the steam gently soften your skin and open the pores, preparing your body for exfoliation.

After Sauna: If you’ve just stepped out of the sauna, your skin is already softened and your pores open – a cooler shower can help refresh and balance the experience before exfoliating.
Apply your favourite soap or shower gel directly onto the Ceramic Soap. Using slow, circular motions, gently massage your body—focusing on areas like arms, legs, and back. Adjust the pressure to your comfort.
Recommended use: once or twice a week.

Step 2 – Nourish & Restore

While your skin is still warm and slightly damp, massage in a generous layer of Grapefruit Shea & Coconut Butter. This rich, citrus-scented blend melts into the skin, restoring moisture, improving elasticity, and leaving a silky finish. The uplifting scent of grapefruit adds a gentle moment of aromatherapeutic calm.
